Get dinner on the table short with my crispy garlic parmesan baked fowl! It’s crunchy and packed with flavor and it’s ideal for pleasing your pickiest critics on busy weeknights.

We love this crispy baked chook any night of the week, specially served with smooth immediate pot mashed potatoes and olive lawn salad.

I grew up on fried fowl. My grandma usually loved it – she appreciated pretty some things breaded and fried, but especially fowl. It’s usually been a fave of mine too. She prepared it inside the traditional fashion which turned into a flour dip, then eggs, then breadcrumbs.

That’s my preferred technique too, but i love to add a few extra taste, like with this crispy garlic parmesan baked chicken. Plus, it’s baked in the oven and not fried, eliminating all of that bad grease.

Instead of simply simple breadcrumbs, they are blended with clean and finely shredded parmesan cheese (lots of it!) and garlic powder. The sharpness and saltiness from the cheese and the aromatic garlic supply this baked chicken simply the greater taste punch it needs.
